Intermittent Fasting Journey: Day 01

So, I started intermittent fasting and let me tell you: day one has already been a ride. This morning was rough. I’m so used to rolling out of bed and grabbing a cup of coffee to kickstart my day, but nope, not today. Waking up without that caffeine boost felt like trying to start a car with a dead battery. I just lay there, debating life.

Honestly, I didn’t think it would hit me this hard. I mean, it’s just skipping coffee in the morning, right? But it’s more than that, it’s breaking a habit, and my body is not thrilled about it. Still, I know why I’m doing this. Intermittent fasting is supposed to be good for my health, and it’s a chance to challenge myself and build some discipline.
